Senior Champion 2012/13
Fished at Hall Farm Large Lake
1st Peter Green - 105lb 12 oz
2nd Clive Thurley - 90lb
3rd John Pretious - 70lb 4oz

Remember
High protein, Boilies, Tiger Nuts, Peanuts, Trout Pellets and all pet foods are banned as baits and groundbaits on ALL club waters.

Groundbaiting
A 2 kilo limit has been introduced on all club waters to help prevent pollution.

Fishery Reports (2012/3)

Malcolm Barker Lake

Still fishing well with good numbers of quality Roach and Bream being caught.
Tench are also being caught in reasonable numbers with specimens up to 4lb being reported.

 

Beggars Hall & Hall Farm

All swims are producing good mixed bags of Carp, Tench & Roach. Perch are also very active with several 2lb+ specimens caught.


River Stort

Sport has been a bit slow on the River recently with only the odd Chub to 2lb being reported.
Day tickets (£4) on this water can also be purchased either from any of the outlets below or on the bank from a bailiff.

  Hall Farm Complex

Hall Farm Large Lake
Still “producing the goods” with numerous reports of 50lb plus bags coming out. The average size of fish is now over 1lb+ with better fish topping over 6lb.

Hall Farm Small Lake
Lots of Crucian Carp being reported along with good sized Mirror & Common Carp.


Turnford Consortium Lakes

Big Carp to 30lb+ and Tench to 6lb+ are still being reported. Pike to 15lb now showing in better numbers.
