Phil's day

Hi all, the Weds club fished its 1st round of 6 summer league matches at Beggars Hall this week. I drew peg 4 it's a nothing peg and has been a total waste of space since the end of last summer and today was no different so on to the other anglers. The lake in general, from mid-point to peg 20, was very good with some very good weights. It's important to do well and get in the high range points so you have a cushion for the next summer league match next month.

1st Terry Moranda with 61lbs 3oz, 2nd was John Carter with 43lbs 6oz, 3rd was Bill Beeston with 33lbs 5oz and 4th Peter Green with 32lbs 14oz, well done to all anglers. Pic is Tony Cruci on a very wet peg 5.
