Phil's day

Hi all, fished the Hall Farm club lake on Weds. The weather was very good and it looked like it was going to be a good day. I drew peg 5 it has been known to through up the odd win. I made up two lines 1 at 10 meters and 2 down both margins. Also made up the feeder just in case. I went on the feeder to start with while my bait worked on the pole lines. Fished for a hour but nothing so tried the pole still nothing so back on the feeder. Got my first carp by midday small but welcomed had 5 bites all day for 4 carp and lost one at the net. Weighed in 8lbs 3oz for 7th well done to the framers.

1st Ray Gibson with 53 lbs 4oz (knocked back to 50lbs as over net limit), 2nd Peter Green with 20lbs 5oz, 3rd Barry Cornel with 17lbs 5oz and 4th Terry Moranda with 15lbs 1oz.
