A good day to all, the Weds Club fished its inter-club match against Abbey Cross at Hall Farm. I myself could not go as I was laid up with a bad back, so I handed the captain's job to Tony Cruci and what a good job he made of it. It inspired the team to a very convincing win with Bishop's Stortford winning by 57 points to Abbey Cross's 32

1st place was Steve Foster with 26lbs 8oz, 2nd Terry Moranda with 7lbs 7oz, 3rd was Fred Hunt with 3lbs 8oz and 4th John Carter with 3lbs 3oz. Well done Stortford - pic is from peg 5 across the lake.
