Phil's day

Good morning to you all, the Weds Club fished the Malcolm Barker Lake in zero degrees temperature that was bloody cold. I was half hoping it would be frozen over so I could cancel the match but no such (bad) luck as it was virtually free of ice.

I drew peg 23, a fair to good peg, but sat there and didn't get a bite all day. It was the same story for 5 out of 8 people - only 3 anglers caught.

First John Todd 8oz, 2nd Terry Moranda with 1oz and 3rd Fred Hunt with quarter of an oz.

Well done to you all for fishing it out, the pic is of peg 23.
