It sounds like the bright sunshine and clear water put paid to many plans of sitting it out near the boats for some of the big perch that hunt the Backwater and it was a day for the smaller stuff with small roach and rudd dominating the top weights. Mark must have had a busy day for his 5lbs+ and was clear winner on the day and also picks up the 2 leg Stort Cup this year.
