Litter is not acceptable

Sadly, we seem to have a litter problem especially at Hall Farm.

As well as simply making the fisheries look poor it poses a risk to wildlife and sucks up valuable maintenance party resources when they could be doing something more useful.

The first picture is just one week of rubbish at Hall Farm and the second what was left the day after - just dumped where someone had been fishing.

If the culprits are found then they face being banned from the Club.

As a reminder of Rule 2(a) "Members occupying a swim will be held responsible for the cleanliness of that swim."

It might seem unfair but it is the only way we can meaningfully enforce this. Do let us know is you come across litter.

Completely agree, it was bad for a while around carpark and swims 1-4 at beggars hall! Took a lot of other people’s rubbish home!
